Who are we?

Owners of AsiaA Pet Services are owners of numerous Pets for more than 20 years. We have the experience and knowledge of what it takes to care for dogs and animals, including the aspect of diets, behaviors and health.

How to engage APS services?

Simply click on the WhatsApp (WA) icon at the bottom right of our web page or directly WhatsApp us at 91063156.  This is a business WA line.  Our service agent operates via WA from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

How does customer pay?

Our service agents will seek for acceptance of quote via WA with the customer and send a payment link for customer to click and make payment via our APS portal payment gateway.  Customer will receive an email to confirm receipt of payment.

How are services tracked?

Upon receipt of required payment from customers, our service agent will coordinate with customer on the schedule of services and execute accordingly.  Customer will be updated with photos of the flow of events.

Do APS products and services come with warranty?

APS products and services do not come with warranty.  However, we take our customers’ feedback seriously and would improve our services base on our customers’ opinions and create a better customer service experience.
